Seems to be running fine for me on regular computer hardware of 2003 (apart from upgraded ram and gfx card)

Depends if you mean multiplayer or just singleplayer, online will be a little more demanding on your PC/Internet. For singleplayer however the graphics have been improved, yet you can still lower them to the same level of native. So it will run just the same.
