Warband: Steam vs Non-Steam

Im curious. Discuss here if you want about what problems your having with warband and how the recent 2 patches have effected your game, however, I just want to find out really from the poll whether people like me that have continuous problems and bugs with Steam Warband, eg: Reticle still oval shaped, mods and other admin tools not working on a particular verison of warband etc... you get the idea.

Basically - Im tempted to buy the Taleworlds version (free of the steam carp!) so I can have a good time on Warband without having to experience bug issues like I do with the Steam version.

Just take it out of Steam, by hitting "CD Key" and plugging it into the Taleworlds version, which you can get from the "dowloads" section at www.taleworlds.com.
