It looks like you were using a very old version of WSE2 < 1.0.2.8. The save format has been updated to match the current warband format. Old saves are not compatible.
 
How do I solve the stuttering? It happens in all mods I play. Vertical sincronization helps a bit.

This stuttering doesn't happen in the original wse. Occlusion low pass filter is off, btw.

I appreciate the faster loading times and fewer crashes but this stutering is getting very annoying.

I want to say two questions.
The first question: There are 13 textures in the warband map. Can more be added? Like increase it to 20? This will make the big map richer and more beautiful
The second problem: The number of bones in the battle group is fixed, which means that the mounts can only be horses. Other animals such as camels and elephants also use horse bones. If new bones can be added, more animals can be used without changing Join the battle group if you are in good shape
