Hey, I've been rated Tier 2 for years, and most of the good players have left, performing tier 2 got that much easier (performing tier 2 in 2020 is far easier than that of 2015 - 2017), don't be silly now. You also can't pretend that in your changes you didn't put your polish friends higher.
