Warband Key problem

Hi all
Sorry for my bad english 
I've a problems. I've changed my PC and I've re-istalled the game. When I digit my key (standar and manual) i read Activation denied, or invalid key.
In the past i've register on this site the key and i've istalled the game on other pc but now there is something wrong.
There is Someone that know a valid solution?

You can install the game on maximum 2 computers. Maybe you're tring to install it on a third one?

because i've the game on work PC and on the home PC. I've changed the home PC and i try to install it on new Pc.
I don't know what to do now

There are a way to contact the admin of talesworld and explane the situation?
I have the mail from them whit keys, and i've register the key in this site.
I think that it's enough to check my purchase
