...And I don't mean the gameplay. For some reason, the MP community sometimes seems to be really bad.

Take today, for example. I join a server...and some guy *****es about cowardly archers stealing his kills (was an nk guy too :/). He says that archers should let people duel 

Later on, I'm sneaking around the side as a crossbowman... I saw some enemy with an axe roaming around, but I don't know where he is, so I ready my crossbow and continue moving. He pops out from behind a tree, charges at me with his axe ready (no shield) and I shoot him in the chest, then club him, killing him. He then proceeds to ***** about how lucky I was and how he got "nub'd"...and, of course, how the throwing axes he was using required skill which the crossbow does not.

and this goes on pretty much the entire time I'm on the server, and this isn't the first time I've seen it. It happens pretty frequently and it's starting to get annoying.

I'd say it takes more skill to kill a guy, who has an axe, with a crossbow and a club at close range than for a guy with an axe to kill a crossbowman ill equiped for melee combat

Anyway there is a lot of tension between archers/cav/infantry playing people. Due to such different abilities people see things as fair or unfair. And they are sometimes but you gotta suck it up.

Of course some arsehole throwing axes at you is much more of a nub than you using a x bow IMO
Infantry should use melee not throwing crap.

How does spamming an innacurate weapon and hope you get lucky equal skill. The crossbow requires you to aim, throwing weapons just require a lot of luck mostly.

Probably not, seeing as he was probably playing in a US servers, and your ping should be **** there

Do you play on the American or Australian servers? I hardly see anything like this on the European ones.

By the way club with spike is now twice as fast as you can block so I did get nubbed.

Look, if you join a deathmatch server and see that everyone is already only engaging one person at a time and not using ranged weapons, you need to assume that people have agreed to play fair and train their blocking and parrying skills.

Coming in and disrupting this, even when asked repeatedly, is going to get you screamed at. I do so, and it usually looks like CS insults (although I first ask politely if people can engage single targets).

If you're not happy with how people play on the server, you can go elsewhere. On the other hand, if it's a brawl or it's in battle mode, just ignore the **** talk, for it's really only **** talk.
