If you add a ninth team then you are looking at 13-14 players per team. This is a small amount for a team of players that know each other in a regular tournament, let alone a team of players that do not know each other and maybe lose interest over time.

I would say 15-16 is more than reasonable team sizes.

The community doesn't need to be involved in every decision made. We know who's inactive and who isn't, we contacted the removed players ourselves.
