Warband Fan Made Intro Movie

Now, a few of us sat down and had a fast brainstorming session. We came up with this.

Now, it may lack, but it is a WIP to be built on over the next week or two.

Thoughts? Would you like to see that type of intro every time you boot Warband up?

It's a good start. Not the video I'd want to see, exactly how it is, but hey.

It gives a good visual representation of some ideas. Preferably shields would show native banners, though. (A great player-made intro comes to mind - that of M2:TW's Third Age mod.)

If you're going to be making more takes, I'll volunteer to partake in it. Ideally instead of bots there'd be players though, because the bots are very uniform.

hey good start. The custom banners actually fit quite well. I just would not use the ones that were shown, thats entirely up to you guys though. Great video either way.

The benefit of using bots is that they are uniform and will always be in formation. Unlike the petty beings that would want to do this themselves.

Anyway yea, would be great if i could help.

Sloper when will you be on? I did some more brainstorming and I got some good idea's of video shots we can use to make it more epic. But for a rough draft this is bravo.

This is more like a promo video than a intro video imho. The narration isn't really that fitting and I for one don't play to become the ultimate 'leader' in SP. Also only 2 factions and limited showing of troops and fighting styles shown. Bit shaky on the cam also. The idea itself is quite small and limited.
