Warband 1.104 - Companion doesn't return to party

When I took over a castle and made my own faction, I make Katrin(Spelling?) my Minister, when I wanted her to return to my group so I could replace her with someone else, she disappeared completely, this only happens when I replace the first Minister, anyone replaced after the first time rejoins the group fine.

I had a similar problem. Did you run into problems where when you assign the minister the first time that party member disappears? I am curious if you got the appoint a minister message screen twice when you created your own faction.

Nope, nothing went wrong when I made Katrin minister, the only thing that went wrong when I replaced her was that she disappeared.

What does it say about Katrin in your companion reports screen (accessible via the reports button)?

It doesn't say anything, she's completely disappeared, it's like she doesn't exist anymore.
