Need More Info War Report UI

Summary:
How to Reproduce: Look at the war report while at war.
Have you used cheats and if so which: I use mods

Storage Device (HDD/SSD):
Issue: If there are decimals in the percents shown in the war report, they are carried over to the next line of text making the UI very difficult to read.
Also all values here are prepended with '+', but I don't think they can be negative so they don't need to be prepended with '+'.
Also the '?' for help with this screen is pretty awkward; it's just alone with no bubble or outline or anything towards the top-right corner.
Why are there 3 exclamation marks after the words 'War Exhaustion' which appear at the top of each banner?

The main problem is the numbers carrying over to the next line, though.

Hey, we do not offer support for the mods or modded games. Can you try to reproduce the issue on a new campaign after manually removing all the mod files and verifying the integrity of the game files. If the issue is persistent on a new, unmodded campaign please let me know.
