One of the main concern of the community at the moment is factions snowballing. One of my suggestion for this problem, until you finished balancing every factions, is to introduce a "War Exhaustion" mecanics: Being at war for too long lowers parties morale and/or town prosperity. Also, you can make the influence needed to keep an army, increasing over time. Anything capable to disuade a faction of being too agressive for too long. According to that, you can add a "Kingdom Decision" for lords to end a war, against their Ruler decision, because lords are loosing prosperity and parties morale because of that.
A Second thing important to the community right know is a real sandbox mode, without the need of the main storyline to create a kingdom. Because once you missed the occasion to create your kingdom, you can't do it later. The main storyline is also very confusing, and need a lot of rework. If you want to get rid of it for now, and keep your community, just introduce a way to play sandbox mode.
It would be great, at last, to being able to kick a ruler from Kingdom, to replace him. The process should be long. Starting by being able to lower his power/influence/wages though kingdom decisions. At the moment, a lot of Kingdom decisions are only usefull to ruler, but clans majority can't use any decisions to lower a bad ruler influence and get him out.
