War Damage

  In my latest game, I was getting stomped by the Swadians, Khergits AND Sarrinids.  They'd send army after army, and finally attrition wore me out.

  My question here is..... has the "War Damage" bug I've heard of before been fixed in the latest patch, so that damage you personally incur to an opposing faction slowly wears em down to the point of a truce?

  And just what incurs War Damage anyway?  Must I take castles and raid villages to obtain this, or just wiping the floor with their army enough?

    It doesn't really apply to me now, as I am starting a new campaign soon..... my Calrad Empire is sadly no more.... but when it's reborn it'll be good to know.

in my current game i have noticed "war damage" applies to not only your faction but you aswell, for instance i was constantly raiding the vaegir villages and killing caravans ect more so than any other of my fellow vassels and found the enemy go out of its way to loot/attack my fiefs/castle, they even traveled through all of my factions territory ignoring everyone elses villages and castles just to get to mine, they seem more vengeful with the new patch.

Supposedly it has been fixed.
I am not seeing it really.
I stomped the Vaegirs pretty hard and they wouldn't take truce. Then the Nords starting stomping them as well too. They still wouldn't.
Also before I started the Khergits had also been stomping on them too.
They are down to Curaw and a handful of castles and jackass still doesn't think peace with me is in his best interests.

Harlaus was even worse, the Rhodoks had been kicking the crap out of us (I had been Swadian), taken Praven and some castles. Dhirim and region had been lost to Vaegir; I had taken it back.
Then I got a lot of Swadians to defect to me. Down to Suno and 1 castle and Harlaus still would not surrender.
I got Klargus to defect as well so they were down to 1 castle and a handful of lords. Still the party king refused to party with me.

So if you ask me, it still isn't working properly.

I got entire armies after my fiefs and I didn't have any negative relations, nor had I looted anything. :/
