Walk/Run Toggle

Hello everyone! I am new to the forums, but a player of Mount and Blade none the less! A fabulous game, to be sure, and the community seems to be just as impressive. One thing that is, however, bothering me is the apparent lack of a walk/run toggle. Am I simply not finding the proper button, or is this something that was intentionally left out of the game?

If that is the case, is there by chance a mod that anyone knows of that adds this option? I am an immersion nerd.

The walk button is also attached to the zoom in button, simply assign the zoom option to another key and you'll have a walk button without anything else added on to it. You'll have to hold it down though, I haven't seen anyone make a toggle option for it.

Why do you want a walk button? That seems unnecessary to me.
