Why the Roster cap? If a team consists of not as active players or new players having a roster cap only provides possible difficulties for those teams to get enough players.. If the point is to force people to create more teams I think its misplaced- teams having to cut people out of their roster is going to hit people that wouldn't form teams on their own anyway, or at least not more then being on the roster and having to bench all the time..

Hey, you are right we set the roster cap to attract people to create more teams of more players. But the roster cap is a good thing you won't have 3 - 4 or even 5 - 6 players on the bench when you could just make a 2nd team. We made it a minimum of 6 to sign up and 8 max which allows you to have only 3 players benching at one time. If you can't bring 5 people to one official per week that is your problem not the fault of the tournament. We have also made a free agents list with some good players such as Ciiges and Arni etc... who are looking for a team for this tournament maybe some teams can take them they would be active and good.

My points still being that the people that end up on the bench would not make a team anyway. Its obvious to anyone that if you sign up with 20 active people to a 5vs5 tournament many would end up benching- so no team will join with 20 active people and whom you end up hurting is clans or teams with a stable player base of more than 8 that never could make two teams anyway.

If a team brings 6 people to bench thats their fault too- not of the tournament, why care about that but not the teams affected by the roster cap?
