Edit: Ive not put my system details because ive not played SoD yet but i will when 4.0 comes out it looks great. But i'd rather wait to be blown away by the full package!
Aye, I'm glad your waiting as the next major release will blow you away. Even for the current players of the mod, I have a lot of stuff prepared in the next release.
Aye, it has been fixed though I can't make a official release because my RL is still complicated right now. I wanted to make a holiday release but with the way things are going... I guess god wants me to wait for now and maybe for good reason. There really isn't anything I can do right now but wait.
If push comes to shove and there is nothing that I can do I'll release my 2nd test version of beta 4 which is very experimental and build up from that. I'd rather that everyone wait it out with me as that is not what I want to represent to the world.
Since map speed has been claimed fixed in 3.92+ You all can make a re-vote reflecting the changes or leave comments based on your current experiences with the mod.
i just downloaded your mod today with the hotfix. my specs are 2.6 ghtz dual core, 4 gigs ram, 1 gig video memory.
I am getting a LOT of almost crash-like lag when waiting in villages or randomly when leaving villages.

I'm having some problems on the world map. Just downloaded the newest version of SoD (3.92) and updated Warband to 1.134. I get about 20 or so seconds of traveling on the world map (5 seconds of camping) before it freezes. I can move the mouse, but my computer just locks up for about a minute or two. I'm using the low-res. maps and everything is on the lowest setting.

Map freezes are caused because the amount of parties on the map and not just what is moving around I am talking the towns and villages too. Its one of the reasons I started fresh but haven't released anything.
