MP Vote kick

For the past few days in OCE servers there have been a small group of players who have been playing cavalry and positioning themselves so the rest of their team can't leave spawn. We need a way to kick because it is simply unplayable right now.

Just had a round where a troll in captain mode was just killing our own team's soldiers. Sure I decided to kill him quite soon but its easier said than done when he is moving between your friend's soldiers while just swinging away. Could use that kick option quite soon.

On second thought there should be:
1.Vote kick
2.Automatic kick when a player exceeds certain team damage amount.
