Vlandian Recruitment is too harsh, too many peasants.

Summary: There are plenty of diverse tiers of units to recruit in most factions villages, but Vlandian villages are all plagued with recruits.

It is way too difficult to find any decent units besides squires (the elite recruit). Vlandian Infantry (tier 3 inf) are a rare commodity, and just forget about Vlandian Spearmen.

Crossbowmen spawn rate is okay.

I just went on a recruiting spree to all the villages, I ignore lvl 1 and 2 infantry recruits because they are worthless, and leveling them is too difficult, and the trainer perk under leadership is severely lacking.

The only units worth picking up were 13 Squires, and 1 Vlandian Infantry.

There is basically no options for recruiting except for Squires.
