Resolved Vlandia Sharpshooters don't have melee weapon

In Modules/SandBoxCore/ModuleData/spnpccharacter.xml, the sharpshooter's sword is replaced by the pavise shield. So Vlandia Sharpshooters don't have melee weapons in the game.

They didn't fix it with the latest patch, but you can temporarily fix your game by editing the file.
