In Progress Visual bug?

Summary: When I'm in combat such as a field battle, bandit camp or a tournament I get these weird visual bugs after another character gets defeated, it looks like the terrain sort of whirls up and goes in a certain direction. I have never experienced this before and I wonder if my new GPU might be the problem?
How to Reproduce: Im on version e1.7.2
