Resolved Visual bug with banners in cities

Summary: The flags and banners of the cities appear with a weird shadow, before the update, they were normal.
How to Reproduce: I just entered in a city and saw it.
Have you used cheats and if so which: No, I didn't
Scene Name (if related): In this case is in Quyaz, but I can try to find another scenes if it helps.
