Villages don't improve.

I conquered Rindyar Castle and Chide as a rogue lord a good 300 game days ago, but despite there being no succesful raids against it, prosperity hasn't changed. Is this normal?

Are any farmer parties spawned by the village making it to town?

I think so. I own Curaw and they all seem to go there.
