Suggestion about the village relations:
What about doing as with all the lords, having the relation increase slowly in time unless you keep pissing them off?
I'm 560 days in playing with the Swadians. We conquered the Rhodoks after like 300 days. Before that I pillaged all their villages like crazy, so my relation with all the Rhodok villages is at -80 to -100. Hence, I never get to recruit and Rhodok units (and they seem pretty cool now after the latest patch). That's a big minus for me, as I'm limited in unit variation. A pretty big deal as the battles are such a big part of the game.
If a lord whose army I've slaughtered several times and village I've plundered several times can forgive me over time why not make the villagers do the same? In one way it'd be silly if a village you plundered has completely forgotten about it after 100 days but that's more of an issue with the time system. A 100 days in the game is like a year or more if you ask me.
Anyway, what do you guys think?
