Hey everyone. I have a question. When I reqruit from my rhudok village with +20 relation I get some rhoduk crossbowman. Does anyone know if and what number I will need in relationship with my village to get sharpshooters or seargents. Thanks.

I do not know for sure, once I got 20 trained spearman with a 30-35 relation... but I never had such thing that it were sergants or crossbowman, maybe because they are the higest tier troops. Else it would be very easy to play the recruit soldiers

I think Veteran Spearman/Veteran Crossbowman.

I am at about 26 relation so u think around 35 relation I would get veterans?

Well, at a 99 relation you can still recruit tribesman so veterans on 35 maybe,.. but do not expect it will be 10 or something, sooner 2 or 3.

People claim to have been able to recruit top tier troops from villages.

I believe its possible.. 100 relationship, Rich village, loads of luck...

That kind of ticks me off when that happens.. A.) usually you get a lot less higher tier troops than recruits and B.) I never get the higher tier foot soldiers, it's always the ranged units.  I'd rather have 36 recruits than 12 crossbowman as in a day I'll have 36 of the next tier instead of having to go to 3 times the amount of villages.

Ya i feel the same way when i know i can upgrade those reqruits to seargents in a day and all i get is crossbowman...

Actually, I think it might have something to do with how many "Train the Peasent" quests you have undertaken.
