Village notables Influence resets after save/load? Beta 1.4.3.

I'm not sure if anyone else has noticed this, but village notables are not retaining their influence gained from performing quests. They are all resetting to 100, and I think it is after each save/load but not sure.

I am playing as Vlandia in version 1.4.3 Beta.
