Summary: I can't transfer prisoners to the notable while being an army leader
How to Reproduce: Create an army, take up the quest from the notable, get back to him with prisoners, tell him you got his job done and go in the troop menu. In this menu you don't get anymore the prisoner tab below the troop tab to be able to transfer them. Disband army, speak to notable, everything is alright now.

tried again later, still the army leader but a new one. this time worked...
