Village help please (Help me)

I have been grinding as a vagir with my own castle and village and have had a strong defence and then it got raped by a  bunch of enemies and they took me prisoner and left and lots of things happened, and I successfully defected to nords. The problem is I raised the money to defect - around 20k by looting tuns of villages from khergit, swadian, and rhodok territory and now I am a nord I need to find a way to restore my rep with all these villages and places since I have - relationship

Like especially if I ever wanna use these other faction soldier bois again

also btw I am a legendayr defender the giant force brought me into khetgit territory and I got myself back to my land which was still mine because they took it away weird thing happened and I returned to my defence which was a shadow of the old force I had

And im not even joking it was like around 500 men to like 100

First of all: Welcome to Nords, excellent choice 
Next: relax, dude! Losing battles, being taken prisoner and getting crappy relations is part of the game, and trust me: it will happen again...
If I understand you well, your questions is about gaining relation points with villages? Go to a village, chose the option to go into the village center and find a dude called "Village Elder". You can ask him for a quest, and then complete it. That will improve your relation. I would also advise to always check city taverns: sometimes there's a "Farmer" in there who will tell you that his village is infested by bandits. If you then successfully kill the bandits you gain a huge boost of relation with the village.
Personally, I dislike raiding villages for this reason (on top of it, it makes you lose honor). I do it only in case of emergency. Alternative (better...) ways to make money are productive enterprises and tournaments (placing bets).
