Village fief reputation won't stop decreasing?

Hey everyone. So I'm having a rather frustrating problem. I pledged allegiance to the Kingdom of Northvegr in my game and got the village of Tuns By West as my fief. I have never done anything bad to a Pagan village in my game and I have built all improvements in my village. Then one day after building a school I came back to find that my village had been overrun by bandits. I killed the bandits and then discovered that I now had a reputation with my village of -18. I worked very hard to earn their trust back so I could recruit in my own village again and then left. I came back later to discover that my reputation had again decreased to -9. I did some jobs for them and got it back up to -3 and then left for a while, came back later, -9 again. What the heck is going on here? I cannot figure out why my village hates me. The only thing I can think of is that schools are bugged and giving me reputation in the wrong direction. Has anyone else ever had this problem? Help would be highly appreciated.

Are you christian? You think that they are pagans. Maybe you tried to build a temple?

No, I'm Pagan. And I did build a temple of Odin in their village, but this was happening long before I built a temple.

Nah i also have same problem and i think i have solution that taxes every week decreasing your reputation and u can't manage them as in castle u can afaik
