Well, the whole point of this event was gathering people to play together at once specific time, so that they are not spread on different times and days. I would be very happy to rent a permanent server for Vikingr, but the activity is in my opinion far too little to get an acceptable amount of people playing at the same time, regularly.

I haven't attended any víkingur events for a while because I was making some changes in my life (such as moving to a different country). Now that I've settled again, I'd like to return to these events, so I'm glad to see this is still going strong.

Sure! I moved to Belgium (Flemish part) to finish my degree. I'll probably be moving back up to Groningen (northern tip of The Netherlands) after this academic year.

Important change! Thorkell allowed me to use Hildileikr for the event, so it will be held on the new version. It will be slightly messy, but I hope it will still be fun. See you there!

Hello everyone, the event series will be temporarily stopped, because I'm pretty tired and don't have strenght to organize it (despite it's not a big effort) and a permanent, official server (Hildikeir) is on-line anyway, so you can just play there at the time of the event, if you really feel like playing Vikingr
