If you added the entries for the items like explained in the first post and if it compiles without errors there is no reason why they shouldn't appear. Well, next to the random factor that makes an item show up or not.

it's a cheap and cheerful plywood shield. most likely the plywood is pine. generally you want a light type of wood. the shield should also be thin, most re-enactors use 9mm plywood for training shields, but i made mine from 15mm plywood and then used an angle grinder to taper the shield towards 6mm at the edges. glue something on the front of the shield, a bedsheet like i did, or more authentically rawhide. it will keep the shield from falling apart when its getting splintered. this is especially important if you decide to use a more historic construction method with multiple planks.

which ones, the large ones, or the small ones? for the large ones, i drilled a hole where the nail would go, put the nail through, laid the shield down on an anvil, and then bent the nail over with a few hammer blows. the bolts along the rim i cheated, i basically beat some carpet tacks in from both sides at nearly the same spot.
i suppose you could also do it by annealing the bolts to soften them up, and then with a a hammer and anvil, flatten the opposite side cold, by hitting it a lot, with solid, straight blows.

Thank's!

Will you be using it for reenactment/fieldbattles?

What did you make the boss out of?

Papier mâché

Ok, clearly it's metal. Did you buy it in that shape or use some method to get it like that.

i cut out a circle from a 2mm thick metal plate, made a forge, heated the metal up, and spent 6 hours beating it into that shape.
