Just wanted to give a heads up to any fellow video creators that plan on making a video for this mod.

There is a piece of music which will return with a content ID match, the song is 'Twinklebox' and it's claimed by ''Believe Music', so if you don't want any hassle I recommend recording with no sound.

I have been careful to use only royalty free music in the mod.
The song "twinklebox" I obtained from here - http://freemusicarchive.org/music/Emphemetry/Twinklebox__Old_Dreams/
and I included it in the mod because it has this license
http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/3.0
basically it allows me to share/use this song for non commercial purposes.

So I cannot understand why this song is being flagged up as claimed by believe music. It is possible that "Believe music" have signed Emphemetry (the creators of the song) since the song was created. However this page clearly states the license of the song and that it can be used for non commercial purposes.

You could dispute it, as the licence is clearly posted on the above site, however I leave this entirely up to you. Please let me know the outcome if you do dispute it, and I will remove the song if there is legitimate copyright claims on it (however there shouldnt be any).

I think it depends of the purpose the youtube user uploads the video for La Grandmaster.

Correct me if I'm wrong, not very versed in youtube, adsense and those things.

When you buy the license for a song through a third party owner, you buy it exclusively for you. If it is found on another person's video (or content in general) it sees you do not have the license and gives you the copyright strike. That's why most of the time, when you buy a game you DON'T get a copyright strike, because buying a license for a game = buying all the rights for its music.

The music was not bought, it was free as per La Grandmaster's quote.

Perhaps the youtube video description requires the vid creator to attribute the music correctly, as per the Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported (CC BY-NC-SA 3.0)

Attribution — You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.

It could always be one of theses phony companies that flag stuff they don't own, it happens all the time and most likely happened with this song, I will dispute the claim next time to see if they drop it.
