Victorian mod

Why has no one proposed a Victorian era mod? I think it would go swell, and now I think I may try to make a mod. I know how to make mods in games, though im relatively new to this one. But it won't be too hard. (Im used to tw mods that are huge, this is only for multiplayer).


Any sound souls interested?
