(version 6.32) Problem with graphics

Well when I try to customize my character and as soon as I change anything the character becomes completly distorted.
And when I try to enter the game it gets stuck.
help?

Alot of graphics problems are caused by not having the latest drivers for your video card.

Yep. That seems like a driver issue.
