Fixed bug in ranged AI which made archers target the furthest enemy instead of the nearest one.
I'm not sure if this has been pointed out yet, but this problem persists...at least for me anyway. I was 3 feet away from 6 swadian crossbowmen, and they didn't even care because they were busy shooting at borcha who i had told to hold position all the way across the map. There were several other instances as well, but that was the most noticeable one.

^^I think that happened to me too, but I haven't done any real testing on it.

@ Winter--Cool! Thanks for the offer, mang.

Ok so now I have seen the light. New developers. New version. Updated website. Armagan speaks... my fears have been laid to rest. This game may be going somewhere.

Sorry for the lack of faith Armagan, but I had serious doubts that you cared about the game as much as the donations. You have renewed my interest in this project. Lets hope it becomes a franchise some day. Let's hope you find the budget and the resources to program your wildest dreams.

Or whatever else makes you happy. And me too. And everyone else. Puppies make me happy. Put puppies in the game or give me my money back.

Good show on the speedy remedies to the bugs.

I also have to say, since I missed the .730 launch, this update was absolutely top notch especially the Flintlock! It seems a great deal of players don't like the idea of guns, but I have to say... I really do, I've always loved archaic firearms and this is like a fantasy come true to see them in Mount & Blade. Keep up the outstanding work Armagan, I still got no complaints.

Well, I've been away for long, I've even downloaded 0.730 yesterday. So this fix was like lightning.

With all those new features, new art and bugs fixed; it seems my "take this you vaegir bastard!*flip flup* *axe on the face effect* bwhahaha!" days and "not in the face, not in the face *swarmed and raped by 5672 dark knights*" nights are comin' back!

Thanks for your effort, DevTeam!

I was terribly worried that something was very wrong when I tried to switch weapons: it seems that the defaults changed from [] to page up and down. Anyone else notice this?
No, I noticed something completely different: switch weapons/shields is now mapped to the mouse scroll wheel by default! Cool, this feels much better.

Yes, the mouse scroll wheel is now usable in this version. Thanks for this feature Armagan.

YES! scroll wheel for item change, i wanted to do that but wasnt available in the option/controls so used to have to settle for middle click. This is so much better.

Athletics are still a bit to fast IMO, i was in the arena and i got hit by a huy with th 2h sword 4 Times before I could get out of range, and they can almost outrun a horse.

i just noticed something awesome, i do not know if this was in the other issues BUT:

i was fighting a last guy (both of us on foot) on a hill having defeated all his mates, and i finally kill him, not having to worry abotu other enmies i just whatch him die. then something catches my eye, his sheild is ROLING down the hill, if slowed after a while, spun in a circle and colapsed just like a coin. it was so realistic i was like OMG. those types oft hings make a game really absorbing.

anyone else notice this?

I remember seeing that feature in .623, so its been around a while. As i recall Armagan basically said he threw that together in his spare time and put it in the game just for good measure.

I've been having problems with audio since .730. For some reason, the stereo effects are out of whack and the audio sounds "distant."

i haven't downloaded it yet or 7.30 waiting for the next patch to come, but what i've seen and heard looks really cool
cant wait for the next stable version to come
