McQuaid, you are right....trolls are one of the few things that actually will disappear if you ignore them long enough. After this post I will go back to ignoring them as I had. My first post on this topic was mainly to express my surprise on how someone can quickly become a troll. Namely, Booya....whom before this I had no issues with and just for some reason decided to taunt me despite the fact I had (unknown to him or Dairy) stated my reluctance to have them kicked from the original vent simply because in the past they both had been fine and maybe in a day or so they would knock it off and get back to normal. The majority voted to boot them and I said I would go along with it because it is what all others decided was best.
Dairy I have no problems with and have talked to, as normal, after all this **** began. Asha has always been a twat. Booya is the real surprise and disappointment. Those are my views on it, and I have, and will continue to have, nothing more to say on it.

Ollivaan- To my knowledge there is no IRC channel, but I am not certain of it. I haven't heard of any, for that matter.
Mahud- As far as I know Europeans haven't found much use for the Vent server since most who are on are in the Western Hemisphere and stick to the US servers. We have a nice (Scottish?) player join us a couple of times but he was having a hard time with the high ping. Perhaps Styo might be convinced to have a European channel made within his Ventrillo. As it stands, having members on two separate servers talking at the same time on the same channel gets confusing (especially without overlay).
As for the armor thing...it is probably just an easy target because most people don't have armor. As Booya said, I am untrollable because I didn't express any shame or reluctance to talk about how much I paid for it or that I owned it. This is probably because EVERYONE who has seen me wear my armor or know I own it are all more accepting (and in some cases encouraging) of me having it than I would have ever thought when I started collecting it....be they friends, family, women, whatever.

Funny thing was, after I posted my message, someoen joined the vent so I said "Hello!"
And he answered "Hello" and after a small pause he said "You are dutch right?" I said "yes" and he answered something in dutch and explained he joined the wrong vent. (selected the wrong one) So my answer was already answered.

I woke up this morning to 5 new emails pertaining to this assbaggery. Even though I already did it like 3 pages ago, it seems I have to set the record straight for people that can only read moron.
I didn't remove Styo's admin for banning Dairy, I removed it when Styo retracted his nutsack and went off on nerd ragequest to make his own server.
There wasn't even a reason listed for Dairy's ban. Nobody that has the nerve to talk to me has said that Dairy should have stayed banned. It's like you're all scared ****less that I might yell at you in ALL CAPS or something. All Styo would have had to say was: he was trolling, and we all decided to ban him. I think a flustered, stuttering retard could have communicated better.
Furthermore, I don't give a flying **** about where you guys go to get your rocks off.
The community has spoken. Deal with it now. Don't email me, PM me, or even send me a smoke signal about this ever again. If you don't like Styo's vent, then go make your own, it costs about 5 dollars.

although you should take a better picture of it, like in a field or something, the lighting in that picture is terrible and it looks like what it is, your living room
LoL, criticism taken and agreed with. I don't wear it often and those pictures were taken by a friend when he was visiting from Virginia....in my living room 
It is all real steel though....didn't puss out with aluminum. It is a mixture of reproduction plate and maille representing roughly the late 1200's-early 1300's during the so-called transition period between maille and plate. I will see if I have a better photo or perhaps it is time to make a better one.
As for where I can wear it...luckily I have a decent sized backyard.
Edit: Not much better but it will do until I create a better picture. Least this one doesn't look completely papery

i think it should be fine to wear it public - just not in a setting like a mall or something - i make my own chainmaile and have worn that in public and had no issues with laws of any kind - the sword in public might be different, i've had that in public a few times as well (not in a big social setting though, i'm not sure on the laws for that... just don't try to hide it and they can't get you for hidden weapons without a license?
)
