Isn't using the clubs' names without their permission, in violation of copyright laws?

Even if it's not...Isn't using their logos without permission a violation of copyright laws? If I'm not mistaken, one of the better football manager's devs, still can't afford to pay for all the proper logos, crests, etc., just 'cause they happen to be, clubs' brands, i.e. a copyright-ed property.

That said, only because I'm guessing you'd want to include clubs' merchandise, such as shirts, scarves, flags, etc., with the crests and proper markings on them, as mod items' textures.

I know this isn't intended as something that'd bring proffit, but still...Just a thought.

In Serbia movies were made about RS and Partizan,and I'm sure the film makers didn't pay them a dime...
And besides,I really think they don't give a damn about this mod that's still in early production...

Not really flaming, but he is using those stuff for a non profit project. So it doesn't damage the copyright.

Pa i da pokusamo da napravimo samo na srpskom ponovo bi bilo mnogo engleskog,zato moram da napravim language pack.
