Vassals stop recruiting armies after being defeated

Hi!

In every game I have started (even if starting fresh), as soon as vassals get defeated they simply run around the map getting caught by bandits all the tim, not being able to recruit more people to their army. I think this is also an issue which causes the bug of kingdoms being able to wipe out the whole map and control everything.

Agreed! I have the same issue, all Vlandian vassals are running around on their own in my current playthrough.

A simple fix would be to perhaps buff the speed of lone lords to help them escape from bandits
