vassalage for me

i was conquering the world as nord rebels and i had defeated nords and swadians already. and one nice day i got this message from humphrey (my game name) to go to see him (me) to make the oath of vassalage etc.
so i have 20 days left to go to speak to me..? and of course i took the quest , couldn't help my curiosity. but really. wth? anyone got this before? and what shuold i do?

hmm,  I have not got this before but here is a few question you need to ask yourself :
Are you olaying native or another module?
Wich verision are you playing, 808, 903, 95x, 960, 1.00, 1.003, 1.10/1.11?
Have you run into an error like it again?
Has it happend to an other character?
