Basically a topic of Troop Formation/Order errors, I will add onto the list if others tell them.
1: When you tell archers to hold, four or so of them will decide to continue charging, stop, whip out their bow, and shoot while backpedaling towards the ordered hold area. This spells death for any archer, and I am convinced it's an AI error since only a few of them decide to run off while the rest follow the order.
2: Ordering troops to Hold, then Stand Ground makes them scatter around until you tell them to hold again(or any other order). This makes it rather impossible to get lines of troops to keep from clipping into your other lines since if you tell them to Stand Ground, they just scatter about and become easy kills.
