Varangian Guard and more

I understand that when greek's conquer Constantinople they get Varangian guard merc's but what if i conquer it and my religion is Greek Orthodox will i get them as well ? I noticed that Constantinople still looks like a backwater town  . I would also like to point out that silk was produced in Constantinople since 9th century when greek agents smuggled the silk worm from china ( historic fact not sure about the century ). i Also can not find any town that produces dye in large quantity. The mod is excellent but the economy needs little tweaking.

the town looks like native,because Al_Mamnsur still working on the models,it can be release like an addon when its done
