V4 Gold Error 5

For some reason in the v4 Gold (4.5) at random I get a error 5 that will not go away and it keeps me from continueing play. If I knew how to post Screens here I would. But this Error is really anoying and might as well crash the game since I have to make a new game every time it starts. Anyone Else getting Error 5?

I have no idea what error 5 is. Make screeens (ctrl+insert), upload them to www.imageshack.com and post link to this pictures.

Oh that error! Well I have good and bad news. Good news are that it's fixed. Bad new is that it's fixed for the next release. It has something to do with mercenary guilds I believe, Kuba said he fixed it already but I know no more than that.

I had that one too, just after I squashed the Nords and moved onto Swadians. Made me temporarily quit Damocles and discovered Pendor.

It is too annoying... that I can't even see any message useful, especially when you are at rest....
I hope that the bug-fixed version or patch should be released first in order to let us play it =]

Would this have anything to do with why all the mercenary guilds other then Elephant Guard are naked with no armor or weapons?

No, it happens when a contract between AI lord and his personal mercenaries end while they're still active. It's already fixed in source code on which we are working on.

I play-tested a bit last week and I can tell You, SoD v4.5 Beta is almost done.
