In Progress Scene Editor v1.2.10, v1.2.9 Main Map Edge Artifacting, Rivers Disappearing in Editor and After Saving. CTD When Loading Modified scene.xscene

I am trying to edit main map by loading its scene.xscene to add more settlements for my custom faction. My progress is halted by this strange behavior of the scene editor. I am using v1.2.10 and have tried to resolve it by rolling back both the game and the modding tool to v1.2.9. I have performed clean reinstalls, deleted the bannerlord folder in system drive ProgramData folder, and even rented a fresh pc to see if it works. Saved scene.xscene also could not be loaded and causes CTD. The problem persists after all these efforts to remedy my situation. Images related to the bug are attached.

How to Reproduce: Download Bannerlord and modding tool from Steam. Start Modding tool. Load scene.xcene from Sandbox. Save scene.xcene to Sandbox. Start game and start a new playthrough. Exit. Start Modding Tool. Load scene.xcene from Sandbox.
