this bug actually from before 0.700 version, 0.68 something...
am using GeForce4 MX 440SE w/ 8x AGP
before I updated the driver I had the strange textures flying all around (like the padded cloth)
after updating to latest driver I have these strange bright blue textures where grey is supposed to be:
when fps goes down the blue changes to greenish
