v .710: horse type speed modifiers gone

in version .710, there seems to be no difference in speed between the swaybacked, heavy, spirited and normal variety of horses.

Horse speed differences are less dramatical now. Each point accounts for like 7% instead of 10%.

Does it mean that a spirited charger would still be faster than a regular charger? Both display the same speeds in their stats display - 9 right now...

Ok, so I'm not the only one noticing that some horses are going slower than before...
