Open rgl_config in M&B root.
and change the value of the texture_detail to 100. (texture_detail = 100). That should do the trick.
There are other options you should turn on also if not on:
enable_blood = 1
no_dot3_bumpmap = 0
render_buffer_size = 24
use_pixel_shaders = 1
max_framerate = 150
