I'm leading a band of all-sharpshooters(50 men). Now these fellows have a great tendency to fire off one shot in the direction of the enemy at the start of each battle, no matter what's in their way, whether it's a great blooming mountain or their best buddy's head. This starts to get very annoying when I defeat an entire vaegir war party and my only casualties are the poor fellows who got their friend's arrow in their neck.
In mid-battle, however, these cases are more rare. They still sometimes hit me or their squadmates, but more often they cancel their attack.
I don't know fuggers about programming or solving this, so I'll just end this post right here.
