"Use any bow on horseback" perk not working for me.

Not sure if anyone else has this issue, I have the perk to use any bow on horseback but anytime I try to use a warbow or a longbow etc I am unable to use it on horseback even though I have the perk. Am I missing something?

When they get around to fixing bow perks the ability may disappear all together. This is based on the "wonderful" work that was done on the one handed weapon perks.

If you are playing on 1.4.0 you can instal community patch to fix many perks (however they are gamechanging so be advised!)
including xbow/longow on horse. 1.4.1 results in crash and makes most of CP fixes not working again so we are waiting for update there
