USA_East_POM is up and running!!!!!

USA_East_POM is a public server that will be used for any small active clan to practice, and scrim in small numbers (no more than 30 in the server at a time). It is meant as a server for clans who do not have their own server or risk massive depopulation during an event. The standard game mode will be capture the flag.

Feel free to hop in vent with us anytime as we steal eachothers flag!!!!!

If you would like administration powers, message me directly and I will hand it out accordingly.

This server is run from my pocket directly so please PM me if you would like to help out and donate!

Server Rules
- No tking for any reason (revenge, end of round etc etc). Only exception to this rules are people who wear the same tags
- No racism
- Do not spam chat with political, legal or other high controversy hate

You will be banned for...
- tking
- racism when someone in the server is clearly offended
- trolling (at the descretion of any admin on). basically if an admin thinks you are being over the top and is causing other players to leave or have a negative experience, then it is worthy for a ban. we have very lenient admins, so dont be stupid

Server is hosted in new york, BUT i had a few west end players (particularly wK's and a few friends) play and even though their ping was high (80-125) none of them experienced ingame lag and proceeded to whoop my ass completely

Confirmed.  My ping is like 125 there, but I'm not experiencing any fps lag whatsoever.  It's smoother than POM Central, and feels as if I'm hosting the server myself.  I don't know if we can expect this performance when there's more people in there, but I was thoroughly impressed.

i wasnt the one who kicked you as i was not on central very often last night. but choosing BKS as your tag i say ur asking for it, especially since iver never heard of Burger King Soldiers. If people i never heard of decided to come on the server with PoM tag instead of POM i would be a bit annoyed

Binary tip from when I was admin : If bks does not complain about someone with their tags, dont worry about it.

Also Wappaw is **** when you get 8+ players on it, animations skipping, lag and etc. Unfortunately so does gk les some times :S

BlueFang Solutions, rite now they have the best prices for servers since theyre new, and the server quality is pretty solid from what people in general have been telling me

Also note that the 2 dueling servers are sub-par. Both running the ENL, both need to be reset often. I've said this over and over and over and no one seems to get the point. Just hopped on Wappaw, it had bots spawned and horses running around. A sure sign that any attempt to duel is going to be quite laggy.

Until Wappaw or Tavi decide to take their servers as a dueling server more seriously, you have an excellent opportunity to make a duel server and have it work properly.
