More concerning is Pai's plan to change net neutrality in the US from required to opt-in at the ISP level. Basically, if you're an ISP you could (under his plan) voluntarily agree not to prioritize access to certain websites over others but you would no longer be required to agree. Last I heard, he plans to propose that disaster rather soon.

A guy in Cleveland livestreamed multiple random homocides and is being hunted by the police.

The killer, Steve Stephens, has died in Erie Pennsylvania. He went to a MacDonalds, the guy working the drive through recognized him and called police. Tried to delay by saying the fries weren't fried yet, eventually police arrive, Stephens takes off, police perform a PIT maneuver, and Stephens commits suicide in his car.

Meh, as much as I don't like the incessant splintering of threads into ultra-specific topics, I feel this one probably has a place in containing all the trump discussion.

To be honest, props to the drivethrough guy, but isn't he kind of putting the lives of his customers at risk by potentially pissing off a psycho killer? (Qu'est-ce que c'est)


I mean, it was probably a judgement call of whether or not it's safer to hold him there or let him drive off and then alerting the police, risking him shooting someone else. I feel like I'd choose the latter.
