Upgrading/Garrisoning Multiple Troops

I play with a lot of the "big army" mods, such as being able to hire lots of mercs at once, but when I have to either upgrade my troops or garrison them in my castle, well I'm getting some pretty bada$$ carpal tunnel or something now because of the repeated clicking, like sometimes i'll have 500 guys to put in a castle or upgrade!  Is there a mod or maybe just some menu option I missed that enables me to do this more conveniently?  Even if it was just 10 at a time it'd help immensely!

I belive this only works to move all units of the same type. If you have 200 Swadian Knights and want to garrison half of them, you have to click 100 times anyway.
