Upgrading From 1.003 to 1.011. Will I Be Able To Keep My Saves?

Been playing a long time and I'm pretty Far in so can I? and if so how is it done? Just move the save file into it or is it done automatically?

If you don't you will lose your saved games from 1.003

But its MnB, so no big deal,right?

Er, wasn't 1.011 made to be compatible with 1.003 saves?
